Phil - I lived in Dubai for many years. Are you dealing with an arab citizen
of Dubai or possibly just an expatriate living there? What I can tell you is
that you had better be very careful - get the price you want and get the
money in your bank long before releasing the trailer & title. If you were to
come out on the short side of the deal, "our" law can't help you, and theirs
couldn't begin to care less. Dubai is a great place, but has ALWAYS been a
place of pirates from day one.
