Kevin,

On my '63 Ambassador, before new axles and shocks, I could not open 
the front window, since it was stopped by the Worthington 40 lb. 
tanks.  After the installation of new axles and shocks I get the 
full breeze of the wide open window.  My best guess is that with 
this new running gear, I obtained a five to seven inch lift of the 
entire frame / shell of the trailer.
