I've been under some pine trees and got some pine sap droppings on my 
awning. It sticks to itself when unrolling. 

Zip Dee says to only use NON-detergent soap (Ivory Liquid?) to keep 
from removing the water-repellancy. I'm sure to spot remove the sap 
will definitely remove waterproofing! 

What removes pine sap best?
