well, um er.

If you're running your toilet right, enough liquid gets in there to 
float the solids and toilet paper around until they dissolve and will 
drain right out.

If you use a lot of toilet paper or keep emptying the black tank before 
it needs it, a pile of shall we say turd papier mache ends up right 
under the toilet, and because it's dry, it stays there.

To prevent it,float it: don't leave the black tank valve open all the 
time, don't empty your tank before it needs it "just in case", and don't 
use too much toilet paper.

For just me, I can go a week or more on my tank ( forget the gal right 
now) also for me,# 1 toilet paper goes in zip lock in trash, not in 
toilet. Some do this with all toilet paper.

If you get it, fill the tank with water and drive. Or I hear put ice 
cubes down there and drive.

I never met a guage that didn't lie, if you look down the hole, you can 
see if it's full.

It's all fun and games until you can't go to the bathroom...
