hi again, 

so i now have a 1976 28' argosy and i can join the wbcci and/or the vac. 
if i join the vac am i automatically part of the wbcci? is the vac $20 fee 
once or once a year? what about the wbcci? 

the next big maintenance item for us is new a/c? any suggestions? talk later, jeff.
