wbcci membership

howdy, 
i am the new/3rd owner of a 28', center bath, 1976 argosy. i have 
checked with kathy at wbcci.com and she has said i am eligable to 
join the wbcci, the club. in fact, she said i could have gone to the 
burlington, vermont rally. i live in north troy, vermont and sure 
wish i had asked earlier. i just want to confirm this with you folks 
because, as you probably know, an argosy is painted on the exterior.
