[A/S] Air conditioning question

For an A/S 28, what is the list's experience with 13,500btu vs. 15,000btu
air conditioning units?   About what temps and humidity (or which parts of
the country in summer) is it considered better to have the larger unit?

I've found that the 28s in dealer stock all have the 13,500 btu sized units,
although, if special ordered, a 15,000btu is available.
