Hello, this is Phyllis delurking, and I have really enjoyed reading 
the wisdom on this list since we bought our '78 International 25' 
last month.  It is in good shape, but I know we will want to make 
some improvements.

The idea of the awning over the roof sounds perfect.  I would love to 
hear more about this.  Our plan is to use our airstream as temporary 
housing while we are building our dream house (more like dream 
cottage).  There will be limited power for air conditioning, as we 
will probably be operating on PV panels.

Please tell me more! And thanks for sharing all this great info.
