Anyone who can drive that road even one way and keep their sanity is an
excellent driver.  I never could understand how those truck drivers and
stretch limousine drivers do it.

PS.  I have used the earlier version of Delorme's Street Atlas, and found it
very good for navigating.  It is even useful around town.

Once I got disoriented in Santa Fe, New Mexico.  Lots of construction around
a municipal parking lot, got headed in the wrong direction (all four sides
of the parking lot looked the same) toward Taos instead of the motel (Didn't
have the Airstream with me.)   Saved me a lot of grief and time.

The funny thing was that the night before at the motel, someone mentioned
how they had left that same parking lot and headed north toward Taos instead
of the desired motel to the south.  Of course my reaction was, "How can
someone be that stupid."  Well, it was real easy, but Street Atlas saved the
day.

The talking feature which advises of upcoming turns, (by giving verbal
directions) etc. is very helpful.

Unlike those systems built into the vehicle, you can plan your trip for the
next day in the comfort of your home or trailer while sipping a cup of
coffee or whatever.
