You might want to consider when it was that AS started getting precoated 
aluminum from Alcoa and apparently solved the clearcoat peeling problem 
(as far as we can tell now).  Was that all '98 models, all '99, or mid-year '98? 
 I heard an owner complaining to the AS rep at the rally that his was one 
right before that and it has the rash.  I just can't remember when he said 
that was.
