[A/S] early widebodys

any advice would be appreciated. I have been told to avoid early widebody 
34ft's. I have a friend that might want to sell their '97 Excella. I have heard 
that the first two years? of 34ft widebodys were on a frame designed for the 
front kitchen floorplan. Which made front living room trailers very tail heavy 
and unstable....can anyone comment on this. I've been told to stay away from 
this '97 at all costs.
I've also seen a '96 Limited that doesn't seem to sell in Florida.........
