[A/S] Re: Towing with an older vehicle

James,

I just posted a photo of my 1962 24' Tradewind that I pulled with a 1970 1/2
Camaro.

It was fitted with an aftermarket (obviously) hitch welded to the frame. It
pulled my Airstream very well even over the Adirondack Mountains in NY.
Even did a fine job when one of my 2 wheels came off while I was doing 65
m.p.h. on Interstate 87 in NY back in 1973 (although I quickly decided it wasn't
a good idea to pull my 24' trailer on 1 wheel). I suspect your Chrysler is heavier
and has a better frame than my Camaro did and should do a fine job if it is in
good mechanical condition. I remember seeing mostly big cars pulling
Airstreams back in those days, not SUV's.
