Ray, my first guess is that the hot water bypass valve is installed
backwards -- i.e., it's preventing flow from the hot water tank.

My second guess is that the hot water tank is so full of mineral deposits
that the outlet line is plugged. That happened on my current Airstream and
rather than mess with it I replaced the tank with a new Atwood.

I'll be interested to see what others think.
