Jim,
 The manual tranny that Dodge uses today is far different and much better
than what is in your truck. In fact, the P/U Land Speed Record (something
like 222 MPH) is held by a Dodge Dakota w/ Cummins, running a box-stock
NV5600 transmission. See:
