I essentially have this truck, except it's auto tranny. The turning 
radius gets ridiculous when the 4x4 is on, but less so when it's off, 
probably no worse than a non 4x4 long bed. That said, this is a big long 
truck, and it won't whip into parking places or manoever in parking 
garages like a normal vehicule does. Sometime you have to take a corner 
a little later than you used to.  I never felt that the height made it 
top heavy. It has a wide stance both ways and it's heavy. It won't go 
whipping through the cones like a miata either. Takes some adjusting to.

Now for the good part. This truck owns the road. It doesn't even know 
the 29' trailer is back there. No swaying in the wind, no jiggles when a 
semi goes by, In panic stop, everything behaves. ( except the dog who 
ends up on the floor..) In traffic, people get out of your way, You can 
see everything from up there. All you need is a cowboy hat and you're 
King of the Road. Strong men drop to their knees when that diesel starts 
up.  I love this truck.
