Tim,

My 1996 25' Excella came from the factory with balance tires. I would 
place a premium on Airsteams recommendation.
I just put on new tires yesterday and had them balanced and even my 
spare balanced.  My 2 cents, anytime I can lessen rough ride and/or 
vibration I am extending the life of my trailer.
