I just tell RV parks with any type of age restriction that I have a 1996
Airstream Special Edition Model. If they were question this I would say it
was a special limited production model made in 1996 commemorating the 1976
Airstream Sovereign. I have never had anyone question it. But you really
need to have a clean well maintained A/S, shinny skin helps, to pull this
off. I think most RV parks are trying to keep the ugly SOB's out and in some
cases I think the high end parks are be paid by the big trailer/coach
manufactures to do this so that people keep trading up to newer year models.
