Gold:
I am kind of a light freak.   I had an old chrome plated tractor lamp 
and I mounted it on my back bumper and had to run a back up wire 
under the belly pan to the back.   I run the wire inside a 1/2" poly 
hose fastended to the belly pan, out of sight and well protected.

You want a flood lamp, not a spot light.  Sure is nice backing in to 
a camp spot after dark.
