Watch that wall thermostat.  Our wall thermostat in bedroom didn't work the
first night we owned the new A/S.  Fortunately, we were staying the wknd in
the lot where we purchased the rig.  I have heard of another person's wall
thermostat hooked to Fantastic Fan also went bad.  Neither of of had
problems with the fan, water, or otherwise.
