One last word is to be flexable.  I neglected to note
that I was there for 3 days even though I had an
appointment.  My problem was with the air conditioner
and their 2 mechanics who work in this area got tied
up by a new A/S motorhome owner whose units were
dripping condensate.  They were the appointment before
mine so I was next in line.  Unfotunately it took them
2 days to fix the motorhome problem.  Once they got to
me, I was done within 3 hours.
