As Terry mentioned in a recent post, Flying J truck stops have Internet 
access at their restaurant tables.  I have also stopped in a number of 
libraries across the country and used their computers for Internet access.  
Some campgrounds also have a telephone outlet that can be used for Internet 
access.  Some on the list use their cell phones for accessing the Internet 
during nights and weekends when minutes are inexpensive or free.  There are a 
number of different potential solutions.
