I am planning on putting a coating on my roof this spring. Before I do I 
will be applying a bead of polyurethane sealant on the seams and 
flashings (using masking tape on both sides of the seams gives you a 
nice clean look to you sealant), then apply a coat or two of a coating 
product. I don't recall the name of the product I have looked at and 
decided on, but it is Aluminum in color and provides the same heat 
reflective/insulating qualities that they all claim to have.
