We have had much the same problem, and the fault is not in the TT or the 
tow vehicle, the cloths hangers are made to barely hold up your cloths in 
the closet of your house. Either the hook on the end of the cloths hanger 
or the hanger part itself collapses some with the bounce of the trailer and 
the hangar or the cloths slip off. Our simple solution was to buy a set of 
heavy cloths hangers for the trailer, then we just change our cloths from 
the house hangars to the TT hangars. No more problems.
