Jim,

IMHO I think you should not use Rid-X in the ground tank and use only 
enough of the RV stuff just to keep down odors. Your natural body 
discharges are full of bacteria that breaks down the solids and does not 
need any help. Rid-X and all of the other septic additives are just money 
grabbing schemes in my opinion. I do have some experience. I have lived in 
the country for over 30 years with a dual/dual (2 septic systems with 2 
tank each) septic tank and drain line system and have found that no 
additives is better.
