it's the 'little' Blazer - 'S-10' - i towed my  27' '72 Overlander about 2
miles with my 1983 2.8L S-10 Blazer, and concluded that it was WAY
underpowered... it was a perfectly flat, straight stretch of highway; two
right turns and one left turn into the rv park. Backing into my space nearly
burned up the clutch and brakes.

I would NOT recommend the 2.8L v6 blazer for towing anything larger than a
WeeWind, Bubble, Cruisette, or Bambi... and the Bambi might be pushing it.

I towed all sorts of stuff all over the country with a '99 Durango,
tow-package, Jordan brake controller, 5.9L 'magnum' V8, EZ Lift WD hitch,
friction sway control... last big run was with a 24', 7500lb load... I80
from Indiana to Nevada in cold, wet weather, some snow in Wyoming,
crosswinds from hell in Nebraska, and it was towing right at its limits. On
a couple of long grades in western NE and WY, the transmission began to
overheat until i remembered to take it out of OD and slowed down a little.

Shorter answer: You could; I wouldn't.
