[A/S] bad fuel/water in fuel

I have noticed the advice to use gas line antifreeze, methyl hydrates
or alcohol in a fuel injected vehicle, and must quickly (quickly
after reading this advice, not quickly after it was written as I am
behind a couple days here) Anyway, I must jump in and say "Don't do
it" Check further first. It is my understanding that fuel injectors
do not like large amounts of the above substances. (or at least their
seals and orings don't) I was told when I thought my wife's van had
some moisture in the fuel to just put in some injector cleaner, and
it would still clear up the moisture too. Just my input - not to
start a fight.
