I am kind of partial to repair, however ours is coniderably older 
than yours and has real wood,1959 Tradewind which was in good 
condition.   With plastic it may be tempting to renovate,  I have 
seen very nice replacements of plastic in real wood.


 I have never thought of  myself as a camper( other than the Holiday 
Inn).

Staying in an A/S with hot and cold running water, a shower, fridge, 
freezer, stove, oven, air conditioning, and your OWN bed is exactly 
roughing it.  I would sooner stay in my A/S than a Holiday Inn.  When 
I am traveling with my A/S I always know where I will be sleeping 
that night.   I actually prefer a long trip with the A/S than without 
it.   Stop where you want, a snooze after lunch, does it get any 
better than that.
