Do the under counter instant hot water heaters of the size refrenced below produce e-nuf hot water to take a shower??? Question #2 any tips on how to remove the center panel of the ceiling? Looking for the right/smart way to save myself some headaches. I have a 72 safari. Thanks Steve O
