Gear, but it;s not a sway bar that will keep your trailer from swaying.  I 
might be confused, but isn't your trailer what you are worried about not 
swaying.

Go to the Reese website to see what the anti sway bar we are talking about 
looks like.....

Then click on "Dual cam Sway Control"

That whole website will show you what the people who suggested you get a 
weight distributing hitch with sway control means... then you will understand 
that your truck didn't come with it.
