Mark:
I have a 1959 Tradewind.   The belly pan is sort of three different 
parts.   Left side to the frame, Center frame to frame, and righr side 
to frame.
The centre is easy just a bunch of flat Aluminum.
Don't use pop rivets, large aluminum washers and self drill self tap 
sheet metal screws.
