Nice feature.  I had this on my SOB.  The Penguin unit on my Safari 
is the constant blower type.  When you get in weather that requires 
occasional cooling you will find that the shutdown feature in yours 
wil minimize the humidity build up in the trailer.  The constant on 
blower models like mine add humidty back into the air when the 
compressor is not running.  You get that cool clammy feeling.
