Getting on the roof procedure:

With the patio awning closed, position an A frame ladder as close to the 
curbside of the trailer as you are comfortable. Make sure the ladder is 
on a firm surface too.
Climb up the ladder and step over onto the top of the patio awning wrap. 
We typically put carpet (flipped over) on the skin to protect it. Having 
someone there to hold the ladder on the way down isn't a bad idea 
either.

Recommend you consider a Kingdome if you are serious about a domed 
satellite antenna. We have sold them for 3 years now with good results.
