Yikes,  that only covers damage the trailer could do to others.... not damage 
to the trailer.  Floods, hail, tree limbs, lightning etc are not covered by 
that insurance. 

Insure the trailer!!  Homeowners covers liability if someone trips on the 
step or possibly if someone steals something inside.....

You need to insure it agains damage from acts of God.
