Price and miles sounds good.  Is this the one with the tag axel?  
More tires to replace and wheels to balance.  Chevy chasis?  Later 30 
foot Land Yachts on Chevy chasis had trouble with the front end.  
Some wore out front tires in less than 20K miles.  After a rebuild of 
front end, they were fine.  Engines were good.  The 454 had problems 
with warping exhaust manifolds, but that was a while back.  Don't 
remember if it was cured by '93 or not.  If you know a good mechanic, 
it's always good to have the rig gone over.
