I saw a relatively easy fix at Airstream the last time I visited for
repairs.  They loosened the bolts and pushed the door up to the correct
position with a shim at the bottom.  Then they drilled through each hinge
and put a stainless steel bolt with lock washers right through the hinge and
door frame.  The used a flat head screw so it fit flush.  The repair looked
good and worked fine.
