A small reminder, the biggest producer of CO2 is you , that's what comes 
out when you exhale. the directions on these heaters give specific 
directions, usually cracking a window is enough to let O in. I would 
seriously doubt that most trailers are air tight enough for this to be a 
giant worry. An electic heater that misbehaves and sets the place on 
fire  would also be something to worry about. Bottom line ? It's all 
relative. We're in much more danger on the highway...
