Hi Richard,
I have a 34' Limited with one A/C unit, but would get two if I was
ordering a new trailer. The one unit can keep the trailer cool enough if
the outside temperature stays below the low 90's, but the rear bedroom
does not get near as cool as the rest of the trailer. It can be very
comfortable at the sofa just under the A/C (I have a Front Kitchen Floor
Plan), but to hot to sleep in the back bedroom area. The cool air just
doesn't make it through the bathroom area like it should. If the unit
had the ducted cool air distribution like most of the other brands have
now, and you could get the cool air back in the bedroom, one A/C unit
would be just fine. I think if you plan on lots of camping in the South
West in the summer you would need two units period.
