I dry camp quite a few weekends during the winter in SW Wisconsin - usually 
limit the stay to mid teens at night and higher.  Basically dry camp, bring 
my water with me, use a large bowl for dishes and washing.  Use the black 
water tank and toilet - the heat is turned on the entire time I am there and 
usually supplement with either electric oil radiator or small electric heater 
in bath during night and to add a little more heat in order not to chew up 
the propane so fast. (Have two 45 lb tanks for propane.) 

About an 1 to 2 hours prior to leaving I drain both tanks, (I include gray 
water in case some water did get down the drain.), leave the values open for 
about 1/2 hour then close them and add my antifreeze.  I usually buy 
antifreeze when on sale by the case.   

In three years no problems.
