"Dry camping" is a common method for winter use. We did it this year for the 
bosses school staff Xmas party. Yes, you can use the toilet/black tank. We just 
toss in some rock salt and dump it when we are done. In order to use the rest 
of the plumbing you would have to keep heat in the coach until you can get it 
re-winterized. The other option is to bring water in containers, use a dishpan to 
collect the water and dump it into the toilet when your done with it.
Otherwise the furnace will keep you warm just fine.
