 Hello Nick, I think if I were you I would be getting in touch with 
Marshall and telling them what happened. This  sounds to me like a 
dangerous situation that should not have happened. I think things 
like this manufacturing companies should hear about. Without feedback 
about these thing , as far as they know everything is alright with
