As Hunter said the 24 footer shouldn't have 'droop'.   Another test 
for 'droop' is to one at a time step on each rear corner of the 
bumper and make the trailer go up and down - watch the area where 
trailer meets bumper - the 2 areas should go up & down as 'one'.   
Once you own one of those that are open to droop make sure you keep 
the bumper/trailer well caulked with Vulkem to prevent water from 
getting in to rust the frame or rot the wood.
