Patti,
  If you have a basement, you can easily SEE where the sewer lines are 
routed and where the main drain exits the house. If you're lucky, it 
will be close to where your trailer is and it can be tapped (a 'Y' 
fitting installed) for a drain line to the trailer. You said something 
about having a room nearby that has a drain; you could even run a line 
through the basement wall to tap the existing drain lines if elevations 
are suitable.
