Hi, 
Most utilitys do not keep records for private property utilitys 
unless one of there lines crosses you property.  They keep track of 
their lines but not yours. The call before you dig info isn't to 
often based on written record but someone coming out to the property 
with a sounding device and locating the lines and marking with "high 
glow" paint. Around here they charge the landowner for the service.  
That's why they always say to call 3 days before you dig. Anyway 
that's how it is around here. Arnie
