[A/S] suburban furnace problem

Well to start with, I had the furnace completely apart this summer 
doing a major clean out. I had a family of wasp in it and also a lot 
of carbon. I put it back together and it runs, but when it reachs the 
set temperature it will then shut down and blow for what seems to be 
about 2-3 minutes until it is blowing cold air and then it shuts off 
for maybe a minute and then the blower comes back on for 30 seconds, 
like it should before igniting and then it ignites and burns for a 
minute and then shuts down and blows for 2-3 minutes. This is a 
continues cycle. Could it be wired wrong or is something broke? Any 
help will be appreciated. Richard getting flustrated in southwest 
Ohio.
