There is nothing particularly difficult about uphostery in an 
Airstream.  Any good upholstery shop should be able to handle it.  
The drapes are not that tricky either, but the experienced people 
mentioned in other replies are likely your best bet - anyone else is 
going to spend a lot of time measuring and working out the pleats and 
tabs and so forth.

The difficulties involved in counter tops should not be 
underestimated.  They may curve in either the vertical or horizontal 
plane, or both.  Getting a good fit can be a real pain.  Believe me, 
I should know!  I did get a Lowe's pre-fab counter to work in my 
kitchen, but I had to move the entire cabinet back against the wall 
about 2" to get it under the new countertop.  This involves a certain 
amount of cutting and fitting.  A cabinet maker can do this for you, 
but it may cost considerable.
