Actually the outrigger measure is what the Airstream rep told us at the
Sarasota rally last year, but the following month while at Walt's in Ocala,
the repairman made a slight adjustment, took minutes, and it worked fine.
Hands only, no hammer.
But we must have unadjusted it while trying to make it stay up.  After a
week parked on a steep incline (at Hunter's former farm)  after we had
jacked it up unbelievably high, we had to tie up the steps to drive away.
They just wouldn't latch.  We fixed that problem and created the new one.
