somewhat indelicately put perhaps, like something I would utter<G> but SPOT ON!
as our ozzies are want to say.  The short wheelbase vehicle regardless of mfr is
an unsafe HEAVY-trailer towing vehicle.  especially the narrower the footprint.
as the commercials say, wider is better.  to put a point to it, the longer the
wheelbase, the better but forget rear overhang. unless you are suspending a
pullrite under it.  still, that long overhang creates a leverage for tongue
weight.
