I would take no ones word about the condition of the breaks and wheel 
bearings. I would pull the wheels wash the bearings with mineral spirits and 
repack with the proper grease. Check the breaks and adjust. (I found the 
adjusters on my tradewind laying in the drums when I pulled the drums) check 
the condition of the tires they may be margional(rotten from age) Lights and 
breaks can be tested with a 12 volt battery
