this works if your tongue weight is way down or you have a jack wheel and a
paved surface.  I have one of each on my 90 Suburban and am looking for a front
receiver hitch for my van.  so far, no one makes one for the E350...

would rather have an electric to use on the road which could be carried on a
front reciever instead.
