Bob, I too had great difficulty with this , and no hardware supplier 
could get the correct blank for my Excella. I eventually got mine 
over the counter from the Airstream dealer (very helpful and 
friendly) JD Sanders, Alachua, FL 32615. Tel 904 462 3039, and on the 
web at http://www.sandersrv.com/ They can be posted to you. Good
